尿素熔融增氮技术产品参数说明

用于尿基复合肥及高塔造粒工艺中将尿素快速熔化并定量的加入到复混肥生产线中去。
本系列熔融器将颗粒尿素在不加水、不需搅拌的情况下快速转换成熔融尿液，熔融过程时间极短，从根本上减少了缩二脲的产生，熔融尿液通过特定的设备定量加入到造粒系统中，实现尿液喷浆造粒；该造粒系统中仅添加热量，不增加水分，使后续烘干强度大大降低，从而提高了生产线的生产能力。该装置主、附机核心部件均采用不锈钢材质，因而具有耐腐蚀、占地面积小、使用寿命长等优点。

Vertical Mixer：

It is used for quickly melting urea and batching it in urine-base compound fertilizer and high-tower granulation production line. This series of molten apparatuses can quickly turn granular urea into molten urea liquid without needing adding water and mixing. And the molten process is very short, which can fundamentally reduce the formation of biuret and the molten urea liquid is batched into granulating systen through a specific equipment to achieve urea liquid spraying granulating. Only give heat to granulating system withort adding moisture to granulating system, which can greatly reduce downstream drying degree ahd thereby increase the capacity of whole production line. All core parts for the host and accessory equipment of this device are manufactured from stainless steel. Therefore, this device has many advantages such as corrosion-reslstance, taking up smaller floor and long service life etc..
